Float bags are intended as additional buoyancy in sit-in kayaks. Many kayaks do not have bulkheads. This can leave them vulnerable to great quantities of bilge water after a capsize. Select a size that will fit in front of your feet and secure it in place. Also, select a size that will fit behind the seat, the seat will hold it in place.

This bag is for the stern of a recreational kayak, but can be used in sea touring bow or white water and sit-on-top kayaks, front or back, as needed. Size is 41x14 inches.
